The salary of the English attacking midfielder compared to his Chelsea teammates
His net worth is very high. He has always been one of the highest paid players, first at Everton and now at Chelsea. His current net worth is about 22 Million Euro (19 Million Pound). Yes he has tattoos, but he used to have a whole lot more! He had some of his tattoos removed over the last years because he thought they were a reflection of his youthful and impulsive past. (Image: TheTimes)
A rather unflattering pictures of his girlfriend. Meet Zoe! (Image: IrishMirror)

Ok, she is actually really cute. She and the midfielder have been together for a while now. (Image: DailyMail)
Family - Get to know them
Father - Peter Effanga
This is his father! He was born in Nigeria and thus Ross is actually half Nigerian. He does not have a great relationship with his father though, that is why he chooses to play with his mother's (Diane Barkley) last name on his shirt. (Image: Nairaland)
Barkley Car - What does he drive?
"You can't park there, even if you are famous". That is what a driving instructor screamed to Ross after he parked his car on a double yellow line (illegal in the UK). (Image: Liverpoolecho)
That is not his only car though. He also loves this rather sturdy SUV. (Image: Manchestereveningnews)
House - Where does he live?
Location: Stamford Bridge, London
There is little information about his home. He did once say that being on the pitch feels like 'being at home'. (Image: Imgur)
Welcome to the wiki of the Boss. This midfielder is an Everton boy through and through. He started at the Youth Academy of the Toffees in 2005 and later he went on to play a whopping 150 games for Everton Football Club. For years he had been followed by the biggest English clubs but he never made a transfer. Untill the summer of 2017 that is. That is when Chelsea Football Club bought the midfielder from Everton for roughly 17.5 Million Euro. He has often been compared to some legendary midfieldplayers. His former Everton manager Roberto Martinez said that he thinks that he is a mix of Paul Cascoigne and Michael Ballack. Roy Hodgson, former England manager always praised his pace and power and said that his technique was always "excellent". The biggest praise came perhaps from legendary midfielder Xavi, who said that Ross the Boss could probably play for FC Barcelona because of his physical and technical qualities. We don't know about Barcelona though, because he seems to be the type of player that really flourishes in the Premier League.
