Bio

Hungary's most expensive footballer ever, this central midfielder was born in Székesfehérvár, a city in central Hungary, on the 25th of October, 2000. Beginning young, he joined Videoton's youth team in 2006. Spending time at Főnix-GOLD, Újpest, and MTK Budapest, he made his way to Liefering in 2016. The Austrian club gave him his professional debut a year later. After spending a season with them, he transferred to Red Bull Salzburg in 2018. As a versatile midfield player who can play with either foot, he is usually deployed as a central midfielder. But his eye for goal, passing vision, and playmaking abilities often see him play in an attacking midfielder role. He can also play on the left side of the pitch as an LM in a 4-4-2 formation. Ranked number 1 among all players of the Austrian Bundesliga, he has now finalized his move to RB Leipzig. He will join them on the 1st of January 2021. Representing Hungary in both the youth and senior levels, he made his competitive debut for them against Slovakia on the 21st of March, 2019, in a Euro 2020 qualifier.
