Welcome to the wiki of Zaps, the right back who is currently playing for Chelsea FC in the English Premier League. He was born in the Italian town Sora, which is a relatively small town between Rome and Naples. He started his football career at the youth academy of Sora in 1998. He played there for 10 years before he made the move to Isola Liri, a club that, at the time, played in the very lowest regions of Italian football. After that he joined Avellino that played in the Serie B at the time. Eventually he made the move to the Serie A. First by joining Atalanta in 2014 and later on by joining Torino in 2015. At Torino he really developed himself into a strong defensive player that provided attacking impulses as well. Chelsea became interested in acquiring his services and they did just that in 2017. It did cost the Blues a reported 28 million euro to buy the player from Torino. He also plays for the Italian national team, the Azzurri. He never made it to a FIFA World Cup or UEFA European cup though. For now lets dive right into the details of the life of this fascinating player.
