Bio

This European is a professional basketball player who plays for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA. He was born on 18th May 1994, in Geneva, Switzerland. Raised by a single mother, he didn't start with basketball as his favourite sport at first. It was only at his brother's suggestion and meeting up with a basketball coach that he decide to switch. After graduating from INSEP (National Institute of Sport, Expertise, Performance), he joined Élan Chalon, a French basketball team, in 2012. Two years later, he declared for the NBA draft and was selected as the 25th overall player in the 2014 edition by the Houston Rockets. Throughout the years, he has shown excellent development. In 2015, this player recorded his first career double-double with a then high of 13 points and 12 rebounds as a starter. Proving his skill time and again, this player brought a lot of value to that team. This Swiss man signed a five-year contract extension with the Rockets in 2018. However, in early 2020, he was traded to the Atlanta Hawks. Becoming the NBA rebounding leader in 2021 isn't where we expect him to stop. We demand a lot more from this player and are certainly going to keep track of him.
