When people call you ‘Bad Boy’, you’re expected to live up to the name. This man has exceeded expectations in that regard. Born on the 8th of December 1984 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, this gentleman is a former K-1 Heavyweight champion who began his kickboxing career when he was just seven years old. He was training under Mousid Akamrane before going to Thom Harinck’s gym to practice. Of Moroccan descent, this kickboxer had a fallout with the Dutch crowd after one of his losses.

This saw him switch allegiance to the Moroccan flag. He even swapped coaches and began working with Big Mike. This was way back in 2005. By then, Bad Boy was on his way to becoming a K-1 Champion. His title came in April 2007 after he knocked out Yusuke Fujimoto in 56 seconds. The first-ever to win this title, this kickboxer from Amsterdam has competed in 124 bouts so far and has won 106 of those. He’s presently fighting for Glory (the kickboxing equivalent of the UFC) but is yet to win a title with them.
