Meet this interesting goalie from Argentina. We are going to dive right into his life and tell you all about him. But first lets have a look at where he started his pro career: the lovely club of Gillingham, playing in League Two of English football. He instantly played a whole bunch of games for that team and subsequently made the move to Southampton. Over there he only played 23 total games in 5 full seasons, not exactly a success. Tottenham did however become interested in acquiring his services as the third goalie (behind Lloris and Vorm) and that is exactly what he is right now, the third option. Amazingly enough that was good enough to earn him a spot in the national team of Argentina, the 'Albiceleste'. He even made his debut in 2018 as he came off the bench to replace the goalie and he helped Argentina keep a clean sheet in a 2-0 win. Good job Gazza! Currently he is looking for some more playing time but chances are not very high that he is going to get any. Lloris is a worldclass keeper who is clearly the number one option and also Michel Vorm is a solid player who will most likely not be surpassed all too easily.
