Hello WTFoot fans and welcome to the profile of this versatile German midfielder! He was born in the city of Mannheim in Germany and started his youth career at VfL Neckarau. After only one year at this amateur club he joined the forces of Bundesliga club 1899 Hoffenheim. He played his first professional game for Hoffenheim against VfL Wolfsburg in May 2009. Despite the young lad played an excellent game Hoffenheim lost with 0-4. In 2011 he was transferred to Karlsruher SC together with his Italian teammate Marco Terrazzino. His breakthrough was in 2012 when he moved to FC Ingolstadt 04 at whom he became on of the most important and beloved players of the club. After over 150 games in the first team of FC Ingolstadt 04 he was ready for a new challenge and made his dream come true by signing in the Premier League at Brighton & Hove Albion. They signed him in 2017 for a fee of 3 Million Pound and the midfielder agreed on a four-year contract at the club. He made his BPL debut in August 2017 in a 2-0 loss against Manchester City. In September 2017 he earned a nomination for BPL Player of the Month.
