Since you've been viewing this page, Benjamin Mendy has earned...
This means the average man needs to work for at least 12 years to earn the same as Ben earns in only 1 month.
The salary of the French left back compared to his Manchester City teammates
This World Champion played for Olympique Marseille, AS Monaco and Manchester City. And, as we all know, he won the 2018 World Cup in Russia with 'Les Blues'. He is still young but already made loads of money. With a wage of 5 Million Euro (4.4 Million Pound) a year we estimate him currently at a net worth of 13 Million Euro (11.5 Million Pound). And ofcourse, the best is yet to come. This very talented defender will stay at the top for plenty of years and only get richer and richer. Currently he is one of the most expensive defenders around with a market value of 45 Million Euro (40 Million Pound).
In 2017 Benjamin revealed his new girlfriend: The Premier League Trophy! They are still dating, we hope to get invited to the wedding! (Ok, now for real: as far as we know the French defender has no "real" girlfriend!).
Benjamin Mendy - His teammates
Maybe he simply does not want a girlfriend. Who needs one with such lovely teammates?
At this picture we see Mendy leaving his car in front of a hotel in Manchester. When he came back there was a nice surprise waiting for him: a 60 Pound bill for parking at the wrong spot!
After he won the Premier League and the World Cup in one year, he decided to treat himself well. Take a look at this yellow beauty: the Ferrari F2X!
Hmm.. nice car, nice Mercedes. But we're more interested in the girl who's sitting next to you. Who's that?!
House - Where does he live?
Location: Cheshire, Manchester
The French left back recently bought this amazing mansion in Cheshire. It costed him 4.8 Million Pound. He bought it from nobody less than cricket star Freddie Flintoff!
Benjamin Mendy was born in Longjumeau (France) on the 17th of July 1994. He plays for the French national team – but he has his roots in Senegal. He can play on several positions in the defense, but prefers to play on the left back position. Benjamin joined the youth academy of Le Havre when he was only 12 years old. In 2010, at the age of 16, he was already starting playing with the reserves of Le Havre. The youngster made a very good impression, and was promoted to the first team only a couple months later. In the upcoming three seasons he played 57 official games for Le Havre. In 2013 he signed for one of the biggest clubs of France: Marseille. The defender made his debut on 11 August of the same year against Guingamp, and scored his first goal on 24 September against Saint-Etienne. The defender continued to play three other seasons for 'Les Olympiens' and left then to AS Monaco, where he signed a five-year during contract at the beginning of the season 2016-2017. Though, his period at AS Monaco only lasted one season. In that season he won the Ligue 1. Manchester City became very interested and paid a world record transfer fee for a defender to get him: 60 Million Euro (52 Million Pound). In his first season in England he subsequently won the Premier League. And the story gets even better. During the summer of 2018 he was part of the French national team that won the World Cup in Russia!
