The Bologna speedster is one of the fastest players in world football. His turn of pace and raw speed has given many a defenders nightmares both before and after a game. So it is little wonder that boy wonder prefers his heels to wheels. Besides it's easier to turn and make sharp corners.

Born in Banjul, Gambia, the formative years of his footballing journey took place in his native land. In 2016 an opportunity to train with Seria A club Atalanta’s youth programme took the young man to Italy. A couple of years later the Gambian would be making his debut against the mighty Juventus in a Coppa Italia fixture. He made his debut for the Gambian national team on September 2018, in a 1-1 draw with Algeria. 12 months later another major milestone followed with his first run out in Europe’s premier club competition - the UEFA Champions League. The frontman departed La Dea having made 52 appearances in all competitions. Bologna was to be his next destination. The 2020/21 campaign proved to be a breakthrough success for the striker, having featured in every Seria A game and recording 18 goals and assists.
