Biography of a Spanish Presenter 

Pilar is of mixed ethnicity and was born on the 17th of March, 1978, in the Torrejón de Ardoz, Community of Madrid, Spain. Her father is Manuel Rubio, and she has two siblings – a sister named Esther and a brother Alberto. We understand that she abhorred her mum’s mimes and food and wanted to be independent even from a young age.

She always thought of herself as an actor

As a young Spanish girl, Pilar was ambitious and had big dreams for herself. Pili tried to study economics, but her heart wasn’t in it at all. Mrs. Ramos left college to pursue her dream. 

Modeling gave her the means to sustain herself

Pilar knew that she wasn’t going to get her chance the minute she started looking for it. That’s why she began modeling. It got her the recognition that she deserved and brought her a well-deserved break.

Killing it on the small screen with comedy 

This Spanish TV presenter found her calling when she was asked to report on Sé lo que hicisteis. Pilar was asked to interview celebrities for the show. She blew everyone’s mind with her versatility and natural knack for comedy. However, due to difficult circumstances, this woman quit the program in 2010. Pili has also presented La Ventana indiscreta, Adivina quién es quién, ¡Más que baile!, Operación Triunfo, and Todo el mundo es bueno. She has also acted in Palomitas and collaborated with the creators of El Hormiguero. Pilar has also appeared as Carmen Bocanegra in an adventure series called Piratas. Her film appearances including short films include Merry Christmas, Cuestión de química, Isi & Disi, alto voltaje, and Carlitos y el campo de los sueños.

Dating a footballer who is eight years her junior and marrying him

From what we know about Mrs. Ramos, she’s not the kind of girl who would be worried too much by social constraints. Pilar had no problems saying yes to the Real Madrid captain when he asked her out just after the Euros in 2012. Pili confirmed her relationship a year later and had her first child with him in 2014. She has given birth to three other boys since, with the latest coming aboard on the 26th of July 2020. Sergio, who was quick to ask her out, didn’t pop the marriage question until 2018. The couple married in July 2019 in Seville.
